- Start by creating a date list that includes the first day of each month.
- You don’t have to write each date manually. Use the Fill Handle to create the list quickly.
- Select only the dates in column A.
- Open the Custom Number menu.
- Apply a custom date format to display months in letters.
- If your system is set to English, you will see the months written in English.
Write Months in Any Language in Excel
Now, we will see how to display months in any language in Excel. We will add the country code in the custom number format to the date format.
- Open the custom number format
- Select your previous custom code
